Refunds & Returns Policy

At Echoholics Records, we strive to provide high-quality music and merchandise. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Digital Products (Music Downloads, Subscriptions, Premium Access)

  • All digital product sales are final.

  • Refunds are not available once digital products have been delivered or accessed.

2. Physical Products (CDs, Vinyl, Merchandise)

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened music CDs or vinyl records

  • Gift cards and digital codes

  • Clearance or final-sale merchandise
