1. Digital Products (Music Downloads, Subscriptions, Premium Access)
All digital product sales are final.
Refunds are not available once digital products have been delivered or accessed.
2. Physical Products (CDs, Vinyl, Merchandise)
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
