When does my download reset?
With every new monthly drop. When the next month’s beats land, your free download unlocks again — so there’s always something new to grab.
What can I do with my free download?
Your monthly download comes with a non-exclusive license, so you can build and release your own track on it. Non-exclusive means the beat stays available to other members too.
How much does it cost?
$10 a month, or $100 a year — the annual plan is two months free. Both plans get the exact same beats and the same monthly download.
What is the Beat Vault?
The Beat Vault is our monthly beat membership. Each month you get ten exclusive Echoholics beats to stream, plus one free download with a non-exclusive license to build your own track on. New beats drop at the top of every month.

What should I bring to a session?
Reference tracks, any session files or stems, and a rough plan for the time. The more prepared you are, the more we get done.
What's your cancellation policy?
Reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours ahead and your deposit carries over. Cancellations under 48 hours may forfeit the deposit.
Is a deposit required?
Yes — a deposit reserves your time. It’s applied to your session total, and the balance is due at the studio.
How do I book a session?
Head to the booking page, pick your service, choose an open time on the calendar, and enter your details. A deposit holds your slot and applies to the session total.
Demos
Who owns my music after I submit?
You do — always. Submitting only gives us permission to listen to and evaluate your work. We’d never release or use it without a separate written agreement.
Will I hear back?
A real person listens to every submission, but we can’t reply to all of them. If your work is a fit, we’ll reach out to talk next steps.
How do I submit a demo?
Use the Submit a Demo form. Add links to your best two or three tracks, tell us a little about yourself, and agree to the submission terms. That’s it.

Do you ship internationally?
We do offer international shipping. Increased shipping costs and fees may apply.
What's your return policy?
Physical merch can be returned within our stated window if it’s unworn and in original condition. Digital items and downloads are generally final. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.
How do I track my order?
You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships, and you can check status anytime from Order Tracking or your dashboard.

An account is free and gives you a dashboard for orders and downloads. A membership (the Beat Vault) is a paid subscription that unlocks the monthly beats and download.
