At Echoholics Records, your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website, interact with our content, or make purchases.
01
Echoholics Records (“Echoholics,” “we,” “us”) is an independent record label and recording studio based in Northeast Indiana. For any privacy question, reach us at support@echoholics.com.
02
We collect information you give us directly, information collected automatically as you use the site, and information from the service providers that help us operate.
03
04
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser and our consent banner. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.
05
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Echoholics, and only as needed:
If Echoholics is ever involved in a merger or sale, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
06
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, then only as long as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
07
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email support@echoholics.com and we’ll respond as required by law.
08
When you opt in, we send release news, studio updates, and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can update your preferences from your account. Transactional messages (receipts, booking confirmations, account notices) aren’t marketing and are sent as part of the service.
09
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security — but we work to keep your data safe and act quickly if something goes wrong.
10
Echoholics isn’t directed to children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll remove it.
11
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above, and for significant changes we’ll provide a more prominent notice.
12
Email support@echoholics.com and we’ll help.
