This website and its content are owned and operated by Echoholics Records.
All music, images, videos, and branding materials are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

Accounts & Registration
Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these terms.

Purchases & Payments
All purchases must be made using approved payment methods provided on our site.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Subscriptions & Premium Access
Subscription fees (where applicable) are billed on a recurring basis until canceled.
You may cancel at any time; however, refunds are not issued for partially used subscription periods.

Beat Vault Membership
Beat Vault is a recurring membership, billed monthly or annually, granting streaming access to that month’s selected beats and one free Basic license to redeem per billing period.
Unclaimed licenses don’t carry over and don’t extend into the next period.
Beats rotate on the 1st of each month. Once a beat leaves the vault, it becomes available for standard purchase and is no longer included in membership access, but any license already claimed remains valid for its full term.
Cancelling stops future billing and future claims. Any beat you’ve already licensed remains yours under the Beat & Sound Licensing Terms, for that license’s full term.

Studio Bookings
Studio time requires a deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due as described at checkout or in your booking confirmation.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided at the time of booking and vary by service.
Delivered files (mixes, masters, session files) are retained for 90 days after delivery. We recommend downloading your files promptly. Extended retention may be available on request.
Revision rounds included with a service are listed at the time of booking. Additional rounds may be billed separately.

Performances & Ticketing
Ticket purchases are final except as described in our Refunds & Returns Policy.
If a show is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered a full refund. If a show is postponed, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date.

Project Estimates
Estimates generated through our project estimator reflect current pricing but are not binding quotes. Final pricing is confirmed when a booking is made or an order is placed.

Shipping & Delivery
Physical products (such as CDs, vinyl, or merchandise) are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier and location.

Limitation of Liability
Echoholics Records is not responsible for damages resulting from:
Website downtime or errors
Third-party services or platforms (e.g., streaming sites, payment processors)
Unauthorized account access due to user negligence

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
